Meet Up: Community Event with Paul Mbikayi

You are welcome to join us on 24 March from 3 – 5.30 PM for an afternoon of connection and learning with the Transition Makers community, focusing on integrating IDGs into education and leadership.

Keynote: Paul Mbikayi, public speaker and advisor to management at the Dutch Tax Authority.

Paul brings his wealth of experience as a management trainer at the Dutch Tax Authority, where he focuses on fostering competencies to address complex challenges. Paul will delve into how the required skills and competencies for public sector leadership are shifting, aligning with frameworks such as the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). His perspective highlights the need for public servants to possess not only technical expertise but also the skills to navigate a rapidly changing environment.
