We are educational advisors for the Society Based Education team of the WUR. This team seeks active cooperation with companies, startups, knowledge institutes, networks and non-profit organisations to connect WUR students to relevant and meaningful societal challenges. Society Based Education supports WUR teachers by creating university-society learning spaces so that WUR students are introduced to their future knowledge domain, learn to apply their scientific knowledge in practice and get the opportunity to engage and collaborate with other students and societal actors with various knowledge levels, cultures, disciplines and backgrounds.  

We created this tool to teach students to facilitate a safe, inclusive and open learning space in which all participants dare to connect, listen and interact without holding back. The student is able to apply co-creation techniques to motivate, build, develop and facilitate collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, characterised by psychological safety.
